Judith Graziano

Judith Graziano is a member of the Butler | Viadro Trial Team, an eight-person litigation group representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases arising from industrial accidents, dangerous premises, defective products, and automobile accidents. Ms. Graziano also simultaneously litigates workers’ compensation claims associated with the civil injury cases.

Ms. Graziano joined The Veen Firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a prominent plaintiff’s law firm specializing in product liability suits against major automobile manufacturers where she managed multi-million dollar cases. Ms. Graziano has participated in several cases resulting in seven-figure resolutions. Ms. Graziano was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999.

Ms. Graziano received her Juris Doctor degree from San Francisco-based New College of California, a unique progressive public interest law school dedicated to producing advocates to serve underrepresented communities. While attending law school, Ms. Graziano performed legal work for a wide variety of legal institutions, including the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, La Raza Centro Legal, and the San Francisco Neighborhood Legal Assistance Foundation. Ms. Graziano received her undergraduate degree in Advertising, with a minor in Psychology from San Jose State University. At SJSU, Ms. Graziano was an active member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and the recipient of a writing award. She also performed research in the biological sciences after discovering a keen interest in neuro-psychology. Following matriculation, Ms. Graziano continued her education in neuro-psychology at the University of California Santa Cruz. Prior to law school, Ms. Graziano worked as volunteer for the YWCA Rape Crisis program located in San Jose.

Ms. Graziano is a member of Consumers Attorneys of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the California Applicant Attorneys Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Ms. Graziano is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Mountain View, California. She is an avid equestrian and enjoys film, water sports, and cooking for friends and family.
