Karen Stromeyer

Karen Stromeyer focuses on prosecuting large exposure cases and complex civil jury trials. She is an associate on the McGuinn|Cooper trial team, a ten-person group with four attorneys and six staff members that prepare cases for trial.
Ms. Stromeyer is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Queen’s Bench, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
Ms. Stromeyer graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Rhetoric with honors and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and is admitted to practice in all courts of California, and the Northern District of California. While in law school, Ms. Stromeyer was a member of the August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Team in 2005, receiving the best brief award, and finishing second overall. She was also a member of the Evans National Constitutional Moot Court Team in 2006, finishing third overall. Additionally, she served as the student coach to the 2006 Quarterfinalist National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team.
