The Lancaster Trial Team
The Lancaster Trial Team litigates complex catastrophic injury cases involving negligence, serious injury, and wrongful death. The team focuses on products-liability, dangerous-condition, and professional-negligence cases. These cases often involve defective machines, tools, and medical devices. Many of the team's cases concern underlying criminal conduct, such as homicide, sexual assault, and drunk driving. The team has also successfully handled electrocution cases which involve electrical-infrastructure or regulatory issues. The team has resolved numerous million-dollar cases through pre-trial settlement and verdict.
Mr. Lancaster has over 20 years' experience representing seriously injured people. He is the co-author of California Causes of Action (James Publishing, Inc., 2006), a legal guide for attorneys. Mr. Vallejo and Ms. Friedman augment Mr. Lancaster's commitment to the ethical fight for justice and obtaining monetary remedies for victims' injuries. Together, the Lancaster Trial Team has tried dozens of cases to a verdict, including a $10.6-million verdict for a construction worker who injured his back in a four-foot fall.
