The Veen Firm Elevates Eustace de Saint Phalle to Position of Trial Team Leader
San Francisco, January 10, 2007 – The Veen Firm, P.C. recently announced that Eustace de Saint Phalle has been elevated to Trial Team Leader. As a plaintiff's law firm, The Veen Firm is broken into trial teams led by an individual attorney who manages a staff of associates, paralegals, and administrative assistants and oversees the prosecution of specific cases. The Saint Phalle Team, which marks the firm's expansion with a fourth trial team, will focus on complex litigation, construction site injuries, and medical malpractice cases.

Saint Phalle practices civil litigation representing parties injured as a result of medical malpractice and professional malpractice, as well as employment related industrial accidents, product liability, exceptions to workers' compensation, premises liability and auto and maritime accidents. He also represents clients in selected business disputes and copyright violations.
In addition to his litigation practice, Saint Phalle participates in free legal clinics and pro-bono legal services for veterans. He serves on the board for the Marin Trial Lawyer's Association and is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Saint Phalle received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1995) and his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley (1989).
