Daniel Boord is an attorney on the Leary Trial Team. Be it a spirited employee, a determined construction worker, a dutiful tenant, an unassuming consumer, or any other member of our society who has suffered at the fault of others, Daniel is dedicated to helping recover in the difficult times that follow life changing injuries or death.
As a student advocate in the University of San Francisco School of Law Employment Law Clinic, Daniel helped employees of all backgrounds navigate their wage-and-hour claims before the Labor Commissioner, as well as prepare appeals from wrongful termination decisions before the Merit Systems Protection Board. Daniel’s work with vulnerable employees continued at the District Court, where he clerked and had the opportunity to work on several wage-and-hour collective actions.
Outside the legal practice, Daniel contributes to his neighborhood in the Mission District by playing music in public spaces. He also enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the Outdoors.
