Consumer Attorneys of California is a professional organization of attorneys who represent plaintiffs seeking accountability against those who do wrong. Founded in 1950, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association is the city’s premier organization of trial lawyers association. SFTLA is committed to providing quality continuing legal education, preserving access to justice and creating networking opportunities. Anthony Label serves on the Executive Board of Directors and is the President-Elect. serves on the Board of Directors. Many attorneys at The Veen Firm are members of SFTLA, and the firm is a Guardian of Justice Sponsor of the organization.
The majority of the firm’s attorneys have been selected for the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists, while Bill Veen, founder and principal, celebrates his thirteenth consecutive selection to the Super Lawyers list. Prosecutors and defense lawyers in criminal cases, and plaintiffs’ and defense counsel in civil litigation (including business and personal injury cases). Fellowship is by invitation only, and trial lawyers are invited to become Fellows only after an extremely careful vetting process. Fellowship is limited to just 500 active trial lawyers under the age of 70.
