Oliver Vallejo holds people responsible for the harm they cause. He fights for victims of negligence, recklessness, and callousness. He handles all types of injury cases, including: wrongful death, brain injury, car crash and bicycle crash, slip-and-fall, dangerous property, dangerous stairway, dangerous road, defective product, negligent security, and government negligence. Oliver also fights for victims of wildfires, and has helped families and businesses recover from disasters, including the Thomas Fire in Southern California.

For his career, Oliver has helped win over $50 million for his clients. He has fought large entities, such as Caltrans, Ford, and Pentair, and won.

Oliver has practiced law for over 20 years. From 1998 to 2001, he worked as a Federal Public Defender, where he represented clients charged with federal crimes. His cases included three published appellate court decisions: United States v. Poocha, 259 F.3d 1077 (9th Cir. 2001); United States v. Taylor, 258 F.3d 1065 (9th Cir. 2001); and United States v. Coutchavlis, 260 F.3d 1149 (9th Cir. 2001). As a public defender, Oliver also fought to help free hundreds of Southeast Asian and Cuban immigrants from indefinite detention in jail.
