Sewage leak resulting in SJ tenant with disability slipping on stairs

A tenant who underwent major surgery could not recover on the ground floor of her home after several sewage leaks rendered the ground floor uninhabitable. The tenant was then forced to use the stairs, where she slipped and injured her shoulder.
