Bay Street where the Marina Middle School boys were hit in a crosswalk was overdue for safety upgrades that could have prevented the tragedy. An SFMTA agenda said the changes would have narrowed the roadway, reduced speeding, and “improve[d] pedestrian safety by shortening the crossing distance.” Craig Peters and Katherine Higgins of our office represent the boys, and will be looking into all potential contributing factors to the collision.  http://bit.ly/1S4mXLH
