Four Veen attorneys presented last weekend at the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA) Tahoe Ski Seminar – Jeremy Cloyd, Andje Medina, Clifton Smoot and . The event was moderated and co-chaired by Anthony Label.
The program provided attorneys with best practices, tips and techniques on a wide variety of topics, including: taking control over claims of negligent exercise of retained control; preparing fact witnesses for trial; and handling apologies in litigation.
SFTLA is a nonprofit organization comprised of attorneys, law students and legal administrators. It is one of the oldest California Trial Lawyer Associations in the state, supporting the plaintiff’s bar through continued education and networking events.
