Trial Team Leader Craig Peters and Attorney ‘s case was featured in TopVerdict.com’s Top 50 Settlements in California in 2016 for their $12 million settlement on behalf of a lineman who fell sixty feet when his work positioning belt came over the top of the pole, causing him to fall.
The lineman suffered a severe, traumatic brain injury involving his brain stem, causing incomplete quadriplegia and requiring several orthopedic surgeries. He now suffers from neurogenic bladder and bowels, vision and speech deficits, severe headaches and migraines, loss of his sense of smell, memory loss, and other cognitive injuries. He is unable to return to any form of employment as a result of his injuries.
